After 37 years of training, performance and choreography, Kelly is delighted that the natural progression of her career has now granted her the opportunity to display her creative artistry for this talented bunch of kids.

In addition to her current role as choreographer on Young Talent Time, and the current Australian Touring version of Annie the Musical, Kelly’s previous credits include Fox reality show The Ultimate School Musical, So You Think You Can Dance Australia, Sweeny Todd for the Australian Opera, The Wizard of Oz, I Should Be So Lucky, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying and Guys and Dolls for the Production Company, two seasons of Starstruck for GTV 9, My Brother Jack and was resident choreographer on Annie when last it toured. Recently she also had the great pleasure to workshop the upcoming Cat Stevens Moonshadow with the man himself.

As comfortable onstage or in front of a camera as she is behind the scenes, Kelly’s stellar career has included the lead role of Stephanie in Saturday Night Fever, the role of June in Chicago the Musical, the lead role of Helene in Sweet Charity the Musical, the role of silly girl in Beauty and the Beast, the role of Christine in A Chorus Line, the role of Patty Simcox in Grease the Musical, Funny Girl, David Atkins Dynamite, David Atkins Dancin Man, Seven Little Australians the Musical.  Dein Perry’s film Bootmen and the role of Lauren Gatley on Neighbours.

For 27 years Kelly has been one of Australia’s most sought after Dance and Musical Theatre instructors, working in Australia’s foremost universities and dance institutions. Kelly is now the successful owner of her own dance school which she runs in partnership with long-time friend Carrie Green – Melbourne’s Studio 1 Performing Arts.
